Firstly, select My Sites.

In this screen, you will see sites that you have checked into before.

When you press the site you want, you will see the manual check-in screen.

Press Check In.

You will then be checked into the site.

If you have not checked into the site you want before, you can search for it.

Select "My Sites" and click the + icon.

When you hit the + button on the top right, you can search for and add a site.

When searching;

  • It will return projects/sites that the user has checked into before.

  • It will return projects/sites that have a purchase order assigned to a company (supplier, not the licensee) that the user is a staff member of. and

  • If the user is a staff member of the licensee, then any project matching the search criteria for that licensee.

Note

You can record an activity against a site without checking in.
