The process of onboarding new suppliers to Safety has been simplified, allowing licensees to automatically assign inductions and compliance requirements to organisations registering on their Onsite Safety Portal.

Platform - Supply Supplier - A supplier who supplies products but does not engage in any work on site.
Platform - Install Supplier - A supplier who engages in work on site but does not supply products.

When registering, the user can select the option that applies to them.

Onboarding

The Onboarding process is started by selecting Register.

The first thing the person doing the registration has to do is select the type of supplier that they are. As soon as they have selected an option, the Next button is displayed.

Inviting Contacts

In this screen, the user supplies the names and contact details of all of the people within their organisation who will be working with the licensee.

For each person, the user shoulshould choose any of the roles that they hold within the organisation. As a minimum, they would select Staff and Safety

When the user clicks Next they will see a progress bar as the registration details are processed.

When the user gets to the last question, they will see the Submit Onboarding option.

After the user has submitted their onboarding information, they can then supply their compliance items.

Supplier Contact Registration

Each of the contacts that the contact person listed will receive an email inviting them to register on the platform.

There is a new Administration menu option called Onboarding Requests. This shows all the onboarding requests that have been submitted but not yet accepted or declined.

  1. Click the link to see the inductions that were submitted.

  2. Click the link to see the compliance items that were submitted. Note compliance items still need to be validated in the usual way.

  3. Clicking Accept completes the Onboarding process.

  4. Clicking Decline rejects the Onboarding request. NOTE the organisation will have to complete the whole process again if you Decline their submission.

  5. Filters the list of Onboarding Requests to those organisations that have not submitted all of their compliance requirements.

  6. Filters the list of Onboarding Requests to those organisations that have submitted all of their compliance requirements.

  7. Used to filter the requests.
