Fix

The following issues were resolved.

1. When using the dialog in view mode: the toolbar buttons to show/hide columns did not work.

2. Items tab: The default view of columns for the Items tab hides the cost/detailed columns. The ID column has been widened.

3. Inspections tab. The default view of columns for the inspections tab hides the detailed columns. The # columns (both lists) have been widened to clearly show 8 chars.

4. Assign Dialog. The # columns (both lists) should be wider to clearly show 8 chars

5. Inspection Item Dialog. The images resize correctly
