When you select a project from the Projects screen you will see the Inspections screen which shows you all the inspections that you have access to on your projects.

When you first select an inspection you will see this screen,

When you select to add an item with photos you have two options.
| |
When you take a photo you are shown the image and you can choose to either;

When you have taken a photo you can then edit it using your touchscreen.
| |
If you choose the Select From Camera Roll option you will see all the photos on your camera roll and you can select up to 10 images.

You will then be able to annotate all the images that you selected using your touchscreen.

After you have added your photos (Or directly if you have selected to add an item without a photo.) you can add the information about the item. When you touch inside the Location field you will be able to scroll through and select location that the time relates to. | |
You can then supply;

You will then be taken back to the inspection screen.

Submitting your inspection

When you have finished adding all of the items on your inspection press the ellipsis and select Submit Inspection. | |

You will see a warning message advising you that you will not be able to make any more changes. Press Submit. | |
The status of your inspection will change to Under Review. Refer to Statuses of Inspections for more information on this. |

When you first add an item you will see the status as Captured. | |
After you submit the inspection the status of the item is Pending Review. This means it is awaiting your builder to either Approve or Reject the item. | |
If the item is Rejected no further actions will be taken on this item. | |
If the the item is Approved then there will be several more stages that the item will progress through. The stages you see next will depend on how your builder is using the app. | |
Work in Progress indicates that work has started on the rectification of the item. | |
Works Sign Off indicates the work is complete and you may be contacted to sign off the work. | |
Complete indicates that everything is finished. |

| The first status of an inspection is Awaiting Start. |
When you start adding items the status moves to In Progress. | |
| After you submit the inspection the status of the item is Under Review. This means it is awaiting your builder to either Approve or Reject the item. |
When your builder starts approving or rejkecting your items the status moves to Under Review. | |
When your builder starts working on your items the status moves to Works in Progress. | |
When your builder has finished working on your items the status moves to Works Sign Off. | |
When you are satisfied you can sign off the inspection.

When signed off the inspection status moves to Complete. No further work can be done on the the inspection. |
Working on a Structured Inspection

You will see the inspection in the projects inspection view.

Optionally you may see introductory text on a structured inspection. | |

In the image below you can see that the seloected answer means that the item needs attention. The work required option was turned on automatically because the work is allowed option was set on the template. If the answer selected was satisfactory the item is seen as Complete. | |
If Autocomplete entries have been defined on the template you can;
It will then be added to the Notes box. You can repeat as required You can also add notes manually by touching in the main notes area. | |
Some items willl have manadatory notes and photo requirements. It can also be configured that the response the user selects determines mandatory notes or photos. | |
When you reach the last item in the inspection | |
You can then submit the inspection in the normal way by pressing the ellipsis and selecting Submit Inspection. | |
Optionally you may see a conclusion page giving some further information | |
The inspection can then be signed by the inspector and any additional signatures can be captured. Terms and conditions may be set against the template and the person signing will have to accept them. |
