The following guide is designed to upgrade Framework Sales Advice Management.
Framework Sales Advice Management must be upgraded on ALL systems that are currently running the application.

Open Framework Configuration Utility (Start > All Programs > Insula Software > Framework Configuration Utility)
Logon to the system.
Select the Shutdown tab.
Under the Sales Advice Availability group, enter the Sales Advice Management shutdown details.
Click the Shutdown Sales Advice button.
Click the OK button.
