- Open the Field Exchange Utility (Start > All Programs > Insula Software > Utilities > Field Exchange Licence Tool).
Click Get Locking Code.

If clicking the Get Locking Code button returns an error message, this indicates that the Sentinel Hardware Licence Key is not connected to the current machine.Copy the code using the Copy to Clipboard button. Email a copy of the code to Insula Software at support@frameworkecm.com.au.

.- Before updating the code, ensure all users have exited the system.
- Copy the new code into the second text box.
Click Update License to complete the licence update.

.- On the computer that contains the sentinel key, restart the Sentinel Services.
- Open Microsoft Services (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Administrative Tools > Services).
- On the Services (Local) screen, right-click on Sentinel Protection Server and select Restart. The Services screen can now be closed.
OR restart the computer that contains the sentinel key.
