The Configuration screen is used to monitor the current Framework Logistics Tablet minimum client version as well as controlling shutdown periods during database or client upgrades. This screen also displays the current version of the Framework ECM database.

Modifying The Minimum Client Version

  1. Enter the Minimum Client Version group details including the MajorMinor, and Revision fields.

  2. Click OK. Minimum versions of the software will now be enforced.

Shutdown/Reconnect Client Connections

Disallow Client Connections

  1. Toggle the Shutdown? field to Yes.

  2. Enter the shutdown date and time details.

  3. Enter the available date and time details.

  4. Enter a shutdown description, if required. This description will be displayed on the client computers if they attempt to connect.

  5. Click OK. Client connections will be disallowed from the set shutdown date and time.

Tip

If client connections are not manually restarted they will be automatically restarted based on the available date and time details.

Allow Client Connections

  1. Toggle the Shutdown? field to No.

  2. Click OK. Client connections will be re-allowed.
