This is based on the address of your primary contacts address details. This is on the Client \ Contacts screen. Ensure an address is placed against the primary contact (edit contact, add in an address on the address tab)

• Construction Start (Site Start Actual) Date

• Construction Complete (Actual) Date

This is on the 'selling details' tab, and is hard coded, i.e. not generated from within Framework.
