Adding a New Template Claim Programme

  1. Open Framework Administration application.

  2. Navigate to Production from the sidebar

  3. Select the Claim Pgm. screen.

  4. Click 'New'.

  5. Add the name of the template, the reference, and the region/division to which the template applies.
    If it applies to all region/divisions, then select all region divisions.

  6. Click OK to add the template programme.

Adding the claims to the template

Click on the Claims section and select New.

The Construction Template Claim dialog will be displayed, update each field as required by entering relevant details.Image Removed

Importantly, the minor workflow stage, and stage percentage should be filled correctly, as these relate to which workflow date will raise the claim, and how much the claim will be raised for in proportion to the total contract amount.

To Update an existing Template Claim Programme

  1. Open Framework Administration application.

  2. Navigate to Production from the sidebar

  3. Select the Claim Pgm. screen.

  4. Click on the claim template programme that you would like to update.

  5. Select the claim in need of editing from the bottom section, then press the edit button, or double click the claim.

  6. Make changes to the 'Construction Template Claim' dialog, then press OK.
