The Template Claim Programme screen manages construction claim templates for claims applied on the Construction Claims screen. The templates set out the stages at which a progress claim can be made and the percentages of the contract amount that can be invoiced at each stage.
Note: Changes made to existing Template Claim Programmes will not be applied to those existing jobs with a claim template already assigned.
Adding a New Template Claim Programme

Open Framework Administration application.
Navigate to Production from the sidebar
Select the Claim Pgm. screen.
Click 'New'.
Add the name of the template, the reference, and the region/division to which the template applies.
If it applies to all region/divisions, then select all region divisions.Click OK to add the template programme.
Adding the claims to the template
Click on the Claims section and select New.

To Update an existing Template Claim Programme
Open Framework Administration application.
Navigate to Production from the sidebar
Select the Claim Pgm. screen.
Click on the claim template programme that you would like to update.
Select the claim in need of editing from the bottom section, then press the edit button, or double click the claim.
Make changes to the 'Construction Template Claim' dialog, then press OK.
