From the Groups list, select the required group.
Click the Items list. A shadow will appear around the list to indicate it is selected.
Click the New toolbar icon. The Item dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Click OK. The Add New Document Item confirmation prompt will appear.
Click Yes to add another item to the template.
OR
Click No to finish. The dialog will closeTip Continue adding items until all required items have been added for each of the groups.
Click OK. The dialog will close.
