Overview
The My Contacts screen allows you to view and interact with contacts registered in the Safety portal;
Enter the contact you are searching for.
Select the type of contact that they are.
Click on Search.
Click on the contact.
When you click on the contact you will see all of their information;
Adding Attachments
If you want to store attachments against a user you can use the Attachments accordion;
Click on the Add Attachment button and browse for the file that you want to store.
Adding Comments
You can record comments against the contact in the Communication accordion. These comments allow you to keep notes against the contact. They are not visible to the contact.
This allows you to keep a running commentary of your observations/communications with the contact.
Sending an Email
You can also send an email from the contact. When you select Send \ Email the Add Recipients screen is displayed.
Select how you are going to search for the contact.
Enter the search criteria.
Click on Search.
Select the required contacts.
Click on Add Selected.
You can then enter the email details.
After it has been sent, the email can be seen in the communication accordion.
Compliance
The compliance accordion shows the completed compliance items.
When you click on the Manage Compliance button, their compliance items are displayed.
Refer to the My Safety - Compliance section for more details on this.
Inductions
The Inductions accordion shows all of the inductions and their status that have been allocated to the contact.
Raining Tasks
The Tasks accordion shows you the tasks that have been allocated to the contact. You can also raise a task for the contact here.
When you click on the Raise Task button, the Raise Task screen will be displayed.
Enter the details of the task and press Raise.
