The Library is where you can centrally store all documents relating to Safety. This article explains how to set up the library.

When you click on the Add folder button the following dialog is displayed;

Enter the Name and choose the Icon and Colour you want then press Save. The folder will then be displayed.

When you click on the Edit icon, you can change the title, icon and colour.

When you click on the folder, it will open that folder and you can if required add subfolders.

Working with documents

With the documents that you have uploaded, you have 2 main functions which you can do with them;

  1. Edit the details displayed when someone sees the document in the library.

  2. Archive the document so that it is not directly visible in the library any more.

When you archive a document, it is not deleted. You can view archived documents by ticking the Archived filter;

Viewing Documents

When you click on a document hyperlink you will get the option to open or save the document.
