Solution:
- This error will appear when the Framework client is unable to communicate with the server that hosts the Framework database.
- This could be caused by a network drop-out or the computer going to sleep. One solution may be to prevent the machine from going to sleep (Control Panel → Power Options → Change when the computer goes to sleep → Adjust setting to never).
- Another aspect of this may be due to the network connection method. Connecting via wireless is always going to be less stable than a physical connection, so whenever possible we would suggest that the machine is plugged into the network (via ethernet).
- If this doesn't resolve the issue, you should engage your IT department to investigate any possible network issues.
