Select the document that you want to upload.
Select the Related Object Type that you are uploading the document to.
Start typing the name of the related object, and the objects that match will be displayed, when you see the required object select it.
Select the Document Structure that you want to upload the document to.
When you have selected the Document Structure, you will then be able to select the Document Type for the document.
