Overview

The My Contacts screen allows you to view and interact with contacts registered in the Safety portal;

  1. Enter the contact you are searching for.

  2. Select the type of contact that they are.

  3. Click on Search.

  4. Click on the contact.

When you click on the contact you will see all of their information;

You can record comments against the contact in the Communication accordion. These comment comments allow you to keep notes against the contact. They are not visible to the contact.

This allows you to keep a running commentary of your observations/communications with the contact.

You can then enter the email details.

After it has been sent, the email can be seen in the communication accordion.

The compliance accordion shows the completed compliance items.

When you click on the Manage Compliance button, their compliance items are displayed.

The Tasks accordion shows you the tasks that have been allocated to the contact. You can also raise a task for the contact here.
