There are several stages to an inspection.

Awaiting Start |  Image Added | The inspection has been added to the project either via integration or manually. | In Progress |  Image Added | As soon as an item is added to the inspection the workflow changes to In Progress | Under Review |  Image AddedWhen submitted Workflow accordion is updated with the date and time information
 Image Added | When the inspection is submitted, either from the mobile application of the web portal the status changes to Under Review.
If this is a customers inspection they will not be able to make any further changes to it from this point forward unless you click on the Reverse Submission button on the Inspection screen;

When an Inspection is first created the Status is Awaiting Start.
