Solution
This indicates that there are some specific dll files that are required for the installed environment. These are available from Insula’s FTP site.
Go to ftp://ftp.insulagroup.com.au/Shared%20Applications/Core%20Components
Select dotnetfx35.exe for download.
In the downloaded location, click to execute.
If requested to get additional files, select Yes.
Depending on the environment, a restart may be required.
