The Almirah, Document Management System (DMS) works like a Google search for all of the documentation that is generated/collected in relation to the organisation's projects/operations. To simplify the management of this we have 3 main components to the categorisation of a document.

  • Document Structures.

Objects

Objects are those things that have documentation associated/attached to them. To effectively manage the ‘filing’ of those documents we create a Document Structure.
